For our non-Russian friends,
It must be hard to imagine what is going through your Russian friend?s mind when they talk about Stalin. For you, Stalin is a man who is dead and gone. For Russians, or better yet Ukrainians, Estonians, Tatars, and other Soviet nationalities, Stalin is still very much alive.
Stalin was a monster. And yet, statues of him go up across Russia, and so-called ?patriots? are upset when anyone jokes about or makes fun of him.
We need everyone we can to help us defeat his image. Acceptance and worship of tyranny in the past is a tool used by tyrants of the present and future.
For this reason we created this site. There needs to be a joint effort to change the minds of people worldwide.
We will post updates soon about how we plan to accomplish this. We hope we can have your ideas and support.
